About the program

Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Technical Support: Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying at the site. Interpret and ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and design plans. Quality Control: Ensure materials used meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct inspections to maintain quality and resolve onsite issues promptly. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site progress, material usage, and labor deployment. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols onsite to ensure compliance with safety standards. Identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks. Coordination: Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate smooth collaboration between multiple teams and departments.
