Terms of Engagement

1. Introduction These Terms of Engagement 'Terms' outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits associated with the internship program at Zolabz Technologies. By participating in this internship, the intern agrees to abide by these terms. 2. Purpose This internship is primarily intended to serve students by providing them with valuable handson experience and professional development opportunities in their field of study. 3. Duration The internship will be for a duration of 2 to 6 months from the agreed start date. Extensions may be considered based on performance and mutual agreement. 4. Working Hours Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week. The internship offers flexible hours, allowing interns to manage their schedules in coordination with their supervisors. 5. Remote Work Interns have the option to work remotely, provided they maintain regular communication and meet all project deadlines. 6. Responsibilities Interns will be assigned tasks and projects relevant to their field of study and aligned with the companys objectives. Interns are expected to: 1. Complete assigned tasks on time. 2. Attend scheduled meetings and participate actively. 3. Communicate regularly with their supervisors. 4. Maintain the confidentiality of company information. 7. Performance Evaluation Interns will receive feedback on their performance through regular check-ins and a final evaluation at the end of the internship. Constructive feedback is intended to support the intern's professional growth. 9. Certification Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will receive a certificate of completion, acknowledging their contributions and achievements. 10. Compensation : This internship is unpaid. 11. Code of Conduct Interns are expected to adhere to the companys code of conduct, which includes: 1. Professional behavior at all times. 2. Respect for colleagues and company property. 3. Compliance with company policies and procedures. 12. Termination The internship may be terminated by either party with one weeks notice. Grounds for immediate termination include breach of confidentiality, misconduct, or failure to meet the responsibilities outlined in these terms. 13. Intellectual Property Any work created by the intern during the internship is considered the intellectual property of Zolabz Technologies. Interns agree to assign all rights, title, and interest in such work to the company. 14. Confidentiality Interns must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and may not disclose any confidential information to third parties during or after the internship. 15. Acceptance of Terms By signing below, the intern acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Engagement.
