About the program

Chas Municipal Corporation is responsible for providing essential civic amenities including the development and maintenance of roads drains waste management and sanitation facilities The primary role of the Urban Local Body ULB is to ensure the health hygiene and overall urban infrastructure of the city This internship project focuses on the Study on Development of Roads and Drains Requirement in Various Wards of Chas Municipal Corporation Interns will be required to conduct field surveys collect data on the current state of infrastructure assess public needs and prepare technical recommendations They will also assist in preparing wardwise reports and suggest improvements in civic planning and implementation Interns will work under the Civil Engineering department and must possess basic knowledge of urban infrastructure civil works and data analysis Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD or GIS will be an added advantage The internship offers a practical learning experience in urban governance and infrastructure planning Interns are expected to be proactive detail oriented and committed to improving public infrastructure through sustainable development practices
