Application Support Engineer We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Engineer to support IT systems. The role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and security of municipal digital services using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and expertise in Linux, Windows, and cybersecurity remediation. Key Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace and Splunk. Provide support for applications running on Linux and Windows servers. Respond to and resolve technical incidents, ensuring continuity of citizen services. Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in line with government policies. Assist in system updates, patch management, and compliance reporting. Required Skills and Experience Hands-on experience in application or infrastructure support. Proficiency in Dynatrace and Splunk for real-time monitoring and diagnostics. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments. Understanding of cybersecurity remediation practices in a government or regulated setting. Experience working with or for government bodies is a plus.
