About the program

Your primary objective as a capacity building intern would be to equip SHG members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to enhance their economic activities, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to their overall socio-economic development. Organizing and conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars for SHG members. These sessions may cover various topics such as financial literacy, entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, communication skills, and other relevant areas. Identifying the specific needs and interests of SHG members and designing skill development programs accordingly. This may involve providing training in areas such as bookkeeping, record-keeping, business planning, product development, or any other skills that can enhance their economic activities. Offering guidance and support to SHG members on an individual basis. This may involve mentoring them in business management, helping them overcome challenges, and providing personalized advice based on their specific needs and goals.
